Overthinking is like slow poison. Because Overthinking ruins friendships and relationships. Overthinking creates problems you never had. Therefore, Don't overthink, just overflow with good vibes. Overthinking can be a hard habit to break.
If we define overthinking, Overthinking involves thinking about a certain topic or situation excessively and analyzing it for long periods. When you overthink, you have a hard time getting your mind to focus on anything else. It becomes consumed by the one thing you are thinking about.

So overthinking can define as "A loop of unproductive thoughts" or " An excessive amount of thoughts that are unnecessary".
Now let's see what are the signs of overthinking;
1. An inability to think about anything else
2. Being unable to relax
3. Constantly feeling worried or anxious
4. Fixating on things outside of your control
5. Feeling mentally exhausted
6. Having a lot of negative thoughts
7. Replaying a situation or experience in your mind
8. Second-guessing your decisions
9. Thinking of all the worst-case scenarios.
Overthinking affect your mental health and can disturb your emotional health also. Overthinking itself is not a mental illness, it is associated with conditions including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and substance use disorders.

What does overthinking look like:-


1. Worrying that jumps from one topic to the next.
2. Thinking of the worst-case scenario.
3. Struggling to make decisions, including second-guessing.
4. Trouble concentrating.
5. Feeling on edge.
6. Seeking repeated reassurance from others.
If you think deeply; when a problem presents itself, brainstorming possible solutions is a positive coping strategy. Positive coping strategies like meditation, reading, or writing down your worries can help lessen your anxiety.
When we think about Woman's body, we consider many factors like her health, her habits, her way of thinking e.g positive thinking or negative thinking, her emotional state, etc. Because she takes care of her family while handling household core and social presence. And therefore, Overthinking can change the way she works with others and the way she does things. It can significantly affect her personal life, social life, and work life too. Most importantly, overthinking may also cause emotional distress. To overcome this, you will need to make some changes in your perspective and make a constant effort to stay away from any thoughts that make you feel alone.
When you're under stress because of overthinking, your body's "fight or flight" response is triggered and your body tenses, your blood pressure rises and your heart beats faster. Regular patterns of overthinking may lead to anxiety, irritability, panic attacks as well as low appetite, irregular sleep patterns, high blood pressure, and much more.
The issues of overthinking extend to all spheres of life. The time that must be spent thinking about anything productive and mindful is often used in self-limiting and not self-reflecting, self-awareness, and growth.
Overthinking may be harmless, but it can have a debilitating impact on your mental and physical health.

8. Overthinking leads to exhausting the brain cells, thus making them incapable of generating creative insights;
9. It decreases self-confidence and fosters self-doubt.
10. Increased tendency to overthink leads to increased self-doubt which again enhances the overthinking cognitive style.
So don't overthink be positive and stay in the Present moment.
Here are 8 tips to get rid of overthinking and move on in life:-

1. Distract yourself:
If you find yourself overthinking, stop and take up a hobby or try to do something else to stay away from troubling thoughts.
2. Listen to music:
Listen to your favorite music to distract your mind from negative thoughts.
3. Note it down:
Keep a diary and take note of what you’re thinking.
4. Share your worries:
If you’re someone with whom you can share your fear and worries, share them. This will release your burden.
5. Let go of the past:
If the cause of your overthinking is thinking about your past then let go of it. Whatever the case may be, accept it and move on.
6. Breathing exercises:
Practicing breathing exercises to reduce the level of stress and to put a full stop to overthinking is the best solution.
7. You can also meditate.
8. Stay in the present:
Leave your past and live in the present. Plus, do not dwell between your past, present, or future. Enjoy your present moments.
Understanding your triggers and self-beliefs will help you here. And most importantly decide your life goal.
